Sun rose clear It is very muddy Watson Emery Died
Why do we mourn departed Friends
Or shake at deaths alarm

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 28, 1863.

Cloudy Inspection of Hospital, Man died last night All the Wisconsin sick are furlowed to go home to vote

 

MONDAY 26

Cloudy & warm, No mail to day Potatoes & Carrots mixed for Dinner Lay in Bed most all day Rheumatism setting in my Back Charles Ketch Father came

 

THURSDAY 29

Rained all night & until 11.OC A M. Watson Emerys Brotherinlaw came after him Charles Ketch started Home

 

Tuesday 27

Very Pleasent Do not feal as well to day The Sanitary Ladies make us a call & give me a monitor

 

FRIDAY 30

Snowing, Getting worse Mail arrives Get a Letter from Princeton
