Very Pleasent Still better Hope to go out in a day or two Do not receive any mail yet

 

WEDNESDAY 14

Here as is again Very Pleasent Getting better again Lady gave me an Egg, Set up for the first time since my arrival

 

SATURDAY 17

Cloudy Looks like rain Rheumatism worse this morning Commence to give me Iodine of Ptasium, Get no mail

 

THURSDAY 15

Pleasent Long to go out doors Dr has quit giving me medacine

 

SUNDAY 18

Pleasent Walk the length of my Ward this morning & back Inspection The L[?] of the Sanitary Comm[?] Us Going to se[?] Bottle of Whiskey
