Cloudy with some rain Think I shall get along first rate

Warm Draw Ice Whiskey Do not hear from the Regt

Pleasent Shower to day Had a good shake of the ague last Knight

 

MONDAY 24

Warm in the morning but very cold at night; Sick removed up river

 

SATURDAY 22

Warm Nothing going on Get two Letters

 

TUESDAY 25

Still cold J P Woodbury [i.e., Private John P. Woodbury] & John Ehrenburg [sp. Ehrenberg] gone up river
